Franchisee Minimum Requirements
Owning a Patat To Go franchise is an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurs who are driven, hands-on, and passionate about delivering crave-worthy food with standout service. Operating a Patat To Go location takes commitment, leadership, and relentless energy to grow both a team and a brand.
Here are the minimum requirements we look for in prospective franchise partners. Please note: meeting these criteria does not guarantee selection. Our process is highly competitive, and we are intentional about choosing individuals who align with our values and vision.
Legal Eligibility
Must have the legal right to own and operate a business in the country where you're applying. Proper documentation and compliance with local regulations are essential.
Initial Investment
A minimum of $10,000 in personal, non-borrowed, non-gifted funds is required to launch your first Patat To Go location, container, or kiosk setup.
Financial Standing
No recent bankruptcies, defaults, or unresolved debts. A sound financial history shows you're prepared to manage and grow a business responsibly.
No Passive Ownership
You must fully divest from other active business operations. We seek operators who are 100% focused on building the Patat To Go brand and community presence.
Full-Time Commitment
Franchisees are expected to be hands-on daily operators. This is not a side hustle—your full attention and energy are required to lead and grow your Patat To Go location.
Relevant Experience
3–5 years in food service, hospitality, or operations is strongly preferred. A working understanding of fast-paced service environments is key
Team Leadership
Prior experience leading teams, especially in high-volume or fast-casual settings, demonstrates your ability to recruit, train, and retain staff effectively.
Language & Communication
Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Additional language fluency based on your region is a plus and helps you better engage your local customer base.

We do not offer passive or multi-unit franchise opportunities. Each location is entrusted to a dedicated franchisee who is expected to be actively involved in the day-to-day operations — leading their team, delivering exceptional service, and upholding our brand values with purpose and pride.

Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. What matters most is leadership, grit, and a service-first mindset. We provide training and ongoing support to set you up for success.
The initial franchise fee is $10,000, and you’ll also need working capital for staffing, inventory, and opening promotion. We handle the buildout and equipment setup — you focus on operations.
At Patat To Go, we believe in removing barriers for hardworking, hands-on entrepreneurs. That’s why our initial franchise fee is just $10,000 — because we invest in the infrastructure.
We purchase or lease the location, build out the restaurant, and equip it with everything needed to operate. As the franchisee, you don’t carry the burden of major upfront construction costs. Instead, you’ll focus on running the business, paying a manageable monthly rent and a percentage of sales.
This model allows driven operators to own their opportunity with purpose — not through capital, but through commitment, leadership, and hustle.
Yes. We offer hands-on training, operational manuals, ongoing support, and marketing resources to ensure your location performs at its best.
Once approved, and depending on location readiness, most franchisees are able to open within 60 to 90 days.
We work closely with each franchisee to select a strategic, high-traffic site. In some cases, we may already have vetted locations available.
- A fixed monthly service fee based on location size and performance
- A percentage of gross sales as a royalty
- No construction or equipment investment required upfront — we cover the setup and lease everything back to you as part of your monthly fee
