Built on Flavor. Driven by Purpose.

At Patat To Go, we’re more than just fries — we’re a movement built on flavor, purpose, and pride. Whether it’s your first visit or your hundredth, our goal is simple: serve bold food with a bold mission — and always with a smile.

What started as a single shipping container restaurant is now a vibrant concept. Our fries may be Dutch-style, but our roots are local — fueled by hustle, quality, and a belief that food can bring people together.

About Me

I started Patat To Go out of a 20-foot container on a military base. No investors, no blueprint—just a craving for something better and the drive to build it. What began as a simple idea to serve crispy Dutch-style fries quickly turned into something bigger.

From that single container to what’s now a growing international brand, I’ve always believed that great food creates powerful connections. With a background in entrepreneurship and an eye for what’s missing in the market, I built Patat To Go to bring together bold flavors and comfort food from around the world.

What started as a craving for fries became a movement. I started mixing influences from the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East—fries, bowls, burritos, elote—and created a fast-casual concept with fries at the center of every meal. Every dish we serve tells a story of flavor, family, and hustle.

Now we’re expanding—into airports, theme parks, college areas, and high-traffic destinations across the U.S. and Europe. The vision is still the same: serve bold food that brings people together and keeps them coming back.

“I didn’t start with a perfect plan — I just knew I was hungry to build something.”

– Bryan Woodard
